| Dino | posted 15-May-2004 7:20pm Probably me. I'm not that snobby but my friends are all very down to earth. And in comparison I guess I'm the snobby one. |
| Cain | posted 15-May-2004 7:22pm I would have to say we're all about as snobby as each other - one of the reasons why we're friends. |
| LindaH | posted 15-May-2004 7:34pm I have no idea. It's hard to rate snobbiness on the part of people who aren't very snobby at all. Do you think I would hang out with snobs? I wouldn't be caught with them. They are so inferior! |
| Biggles | posted 15-May-2004 7:45pm My friends. Not so much my closest friends, but some of the people that I'm friends with but aren't bosom buddies. One of my friends is a right-wing, racist, homophobic bigot too |
| Enheduanna | posted 15-May-2004 8:22pm I am. I have one friend who is snobbier than I am, but otherwise I think I am snobbier. More precisely, I am more of an elitist. |
| Lahdee | posted 15-May-2004 9:28pm Neither. I have a few close friends and they aren't snobs at all. Neither am I. Snobs suck. If I had to "compare" snob levels, I absolutely couldn't because we dont have a snobby bone in our bodies. |
| Lahdee | (reply to LindaH) posted 15-May-2004 9:29pm Do you think I would
> hang out with snobs? I wouldn't be caught > with them. They are so inferior! LOL I was about to say something to that effect. |
| heyzeus1 | posted 15-May-2004 9:32pm i dont know. if snobbishness is the term given to those who look down on lower classes, or those with less money or afluence, than i don't personaly know any snobs. |
| heyzeus1 | (reply to Biggles) posted 15-May-2004 9:35pm one of my best friends (dont know where he is now) was a nazi.
cool guy and we got along fine, but he was...a nazi. he even had a giant swastika tattooed on his chest. we got along well enough that we never argued our different views, tho. |
| Biggles | (reply to heyzeus1) posted 15-May-2004 9:39pm It's funny how well you can get along with people who have views you find abhorrent. I discuss some issues with my friend, but in a non-aggressive way and that works out all right. I find it hard to bring together some of his views with the side of him that I tend to see - friendly, pleasant and chatty. Just not to "ethnics" or gays... |
| kitti723 | posted 15-May-2004 10:11pm I wouldn't necessarily say I'm snobby, just anti-social. I'm less likely to talk to people, if that means snobby then I'm snobby. |
| moonstone | posted 15-May-2004 10:21pm Neither. I'm not snobby and my friends aren't snobby, either. |
| darkshadowsseeker | posted 15-May-2004 10:46pm Neither my friends nor myself are snobby. That just isn't our style of behavior. |
| LindaH | (reply to Lahdee) posted 15-May-2004 11:10pm GMTA or in this case, TTA |
| LindaH | (reply to kitti723) posted 15-May-2004 11:12pm You are only snobby if the reason you don't talk to them is because you think you are too good for them.
A lot of people misinterpret shyness or quietness as snobbiness. |
| Pomeranian | posted 15-May-2004 11:13pm I don't think my friends really seriously think in these terms. Though, in a not so serious way, I am easily less snobbier than all of them and I can prove it: I really adore Dolly Parton. |
| mandy | posted 16-May-2004 12:12am Neither |
| thevelvetcure | posted 16-May-2004 3:44am Neither and none of my friends are snobbier than the others. One dresses pretty, but I don't classify this as being snobby, so nobody. |
| Lahdee | (reply to LindaH) posted 16-May-2004 4:44am hehe |
| dora | posted 16-May-2004 7:05am We're not snobs.
|
| ASB | posted 16-May-2004 9:26am I am not snobby and my friends are not snobby or they would not be my friends. |
| ElvisFan67 | posted 16-May-2004 9:48am Anyone who's stuck-up are no friends of mine! |
| iamdonte | posted 16-May-2004 9:49am my friends - but I am sure they have the same opinion of me. |
| lara | posted 16-May-2004 12:18pm I may look snobby, but I'm really just shy. |
| Danger | posted 16-May-2004 1:45pm friends.... does that sound too snobby? |
| moviesnob | posted 16-May-2004 4:22pm Never really thought about it. Don't think of myself or my friends as snobby. There are some I think of as closed-minded, but I don't think of that as snobby. |
| Zang | posted 16-May-2004 4:43pm One of my friends is a self-proclaimed toffy-nosed bastard. It doesn't get much snobbier than that. |
| mandy | (reply to lara) posted 16-May-2004 5:10pm |
| ROCKMAN | posted 17-May-2004 9:20am Other, I really can't say any of my friends are snobs and I know I'm not!
Some of my friends are slobs though. |
| judgescratch | posted 17-May-2004 9:33am I am snobbier, except for two friends, who are snobbier. |
| bombill | posted 18-May-2004 2:43am I suppose I am, though I'm not really snobby. I have particular tastes and don't really care for other stuff, but I don't act like I'm right and they're wrong or anything. |
| ObsessedWithCSI | posted 18-May-2004 5:01pm I do not put up with snobby people. My friends and I are not snobby. The stupid cheerleader who has been on crutches all year and thinks she gets special treatment for a fake injury is snobby.
She was snobby even before I kicked her where she said her "injury" was. |
| BerrieGrrl | posted 18-May-2004 11:44pm i don't think i'm snobby and my friends certainly aren't. |
| ASB | posted 19-May-2004 9:39am I can't believe this survey made it out of Qualification with one needs work vote!!!! |
| msgman | posted 19-May-2004 12:52pm It depends on what we're being snobby about, I think. I'm definitely snobbier about food and drink (although I'd call it "having better taste" |
| SueBee | posted 19-May-2004 10:44pm I'm not snobby and neither are my friends. |
| SueBee | (reply to ObsessedWithCSI) posted 19-May-2004 10:52pm Obsessed with CSI AND you kick snobby cheerleaders.... I like you! |
| Iseult | posted 20-May-2004 8:19pm I. I'm not a snob, I'm just snobbier than they. |
| Irene007 | posted 20-May-2004 11:27pm Nor I or my friends are snobs but I do have some acquaintances that are and I try to avoid them! |
| Irene007 | (reply to bill) posted 20-May-2004 11:30pm I picked "other"... What's the big deal?? |
| bill | (reply to Irene007) posted 21-May-2004 7:08am huh? |

| nasale | posted 23-May-2004 3:19pm I haven't got a snobby bone in my body. I DETEST snobs! I've met quite a few wannabe's in my life, but they are only kidding themselves. |
| Irene007 | (reply to bill) posted 25-May-2004 6:02pm > huh?

| Sandrak | posted 10-Jun-2004 5:45pm i guess we can all be snobbie |
