I almost never feel that everything won't be okay. It's not something that's on my mind usually. So I suppose that, yes, I generally feel that things will be okay, but that's not quite the way I think about it, since I'm generally not worrying about it in the first place. |

Sure! I tend to be quite a worrier, but usually, once I think things through or talk about them, I realize that everything will work out OK. |

I usually feel like everything will be OK, but with occasional bouts of anxiety, some of them prolonged. |

Half the time I feel that everything is going right. But when I feel that way, I sometimes wonder if something bad will happen afterwards to make me pay dearly for it. |

Sometimes I might have small anxiety free periods but they don't last long. |

sometimes, rarely. when i was young i was very much at peace. i worried very little and my head was actualy quiet. i remember that well. |

I am usually anxiety free but occasionally have long periods of anxiety associated with actual events.

in my rational mind i know that "everything is going to be ok" but i definatly have periods where i can't see that light at the end of the tunnel (especially lately)....s'all good, though, i never let myself feel sorry for myself for too long |

When times are rough, I know it's always going to get better again. I can usually push worries out of my mind pretty quickly. |

I'm usually pretty relaxed but it's because I try not to think too much, because when I do 10 times on 10 I get anxious.

I feel like that pretty much all the time. I have brief periods of anxiety but I snap out of it pretty quick and I rarely forget that everything is going to work out just fine. |

I don't worry about anything.
I learned a long time ago that that just wasn't good, and when I quit worrying everything else fell right into place with my life! I'm a happy camper! |

By drinking a few Beers, right? |

Over the past two years, I've felt much more burdened and overwhelmed, and only seldom feel that everything will be okay. I suspect this feeling is directly proportional to the number of things I am responsible for eating, which eats away at my buffer of energy and capabilities. |

I'd say that I have fairly long anxiety free periods but most of my life I'm worrying.
Ack. |
LindaH | | posted 10-May-2004 2:15pm |
I'm usually anxiety free, but I have long lasting but justifiable anxiety associated with specific things. When it comes to those things, I think everything will go totally wrong, and I'm usually right. |

Yeah, sometimes. I wake up and feel unusually bright and breezy. Its been happening more recently. I think it may be the spring weather. |

When you see that light at the end of the tunnel, are you like, "I hope it's no train!"? |
Zang | | posted 10-May-2004 9:52pm |
Yeah, pretty much constantly. |
CarolL | | posted 10-May-2004 10:17pm |
Nearly never. But there is always that glimmer of hope...... |

Sure.. but mostly I'm a bit cautious.. My SO has anxiety disorder, so I'm constantly on alert about things that might set him off. |

Sometimes it just doesn't matter. Like, all the bad things can happen, and it'll be ok. I like it when I feel that way. It's like a calm. |

You know me well, my friend!! It just so happens that I've tipped back a few Pike Place Brewery Pale Ales this evening, and I must say they've improved my mood substantially! |
| ROCKMAN | | (reply to SueBee) posted 12-May-2004 6:25am |
That's probably why I stay in a good mood most of the time. I have at least a few Beers a day. I have cut way back on that, I was up to around a 12 pack or so a day. Now I only do that at get togethers and days like that. |

Yay Beer!!
Someday, Randy, I'd love to sit down and drink one ( or 2 or 3) with you! |

I never really worry about anything. If I see someone else in trouble, I might worry for them. I know I'm going to be okay, but I can't be sure that they are. |

Sometimes I might have small anxiety free periods but they don't last long. I am usually anxious about something, but it comes with the territory (PTSD, flashbacks, etc) |

I'm usually worrying about something, whether it be my love life, work or exams. |
| nasale | | posted 22-May-2004 2:58pm |
It depends on the day. Some days I get so bummed out, I could stick my head in the toilet and flush myself to death.Goodbye, cruel world! Gurgle gurgle. |

I had a lot of anxiety in my past but I seem to be doing a lot better lately. |
