What color(s) are your bedroom walls?

Slightly purplish-blue with creamy yellow trim, thanks to phi and robin,and the good folks at Coronado Paint Company! YEA!

I'd rather spend money framing cool prints to hang on my walls than change the walls themselves .Nice, colorful "other" in the survey choices, by the way.

Our bedroom is a warm & luscious tone of pink for the Goddesses (plural) that inhabit the place.

I rent, everything in the house is rental linen white, with white trim. everything except for the tile floors.

I'm actually not sure. I think they're blue. I don't much care. I could paint them if I wanted to, but not the color that I want to (black) so I'm unlikely to bother. If we ever buy a house I will have a black bedroom again.

This fall I'm hoping to redo my bedroom with a forest mural so's I can wake up in the woods.

Two rooms qualify, so I answered for both. Both of them were awful when I moved in and my SO and I redid both (one light blue with light blue trim and one patterned light-brown wallpaper).

Fake wood paneling, baby! All the way! Wouldn't trade 'em for the world.

In what way did it read like a topper survey?

In the concern with color, the categorization of colors by warm/cool, and in the obsessive/compulsive (but it's not a problem unless it causes difficulties in your life!) attention to detail apparent in the "Other" option.

In my last bedroom, I had one wall painted a dark green.. and the other 3 walls were covered in green and white striped wall paper. I liked it a lot... Since I've moved, I have white wallpaper with little blue dots, and I hate it... I don't expect to live here long enough to change it though.

topper - The basic questions on the survey were very complete, there was a set of options in regards to those questions, and there was a cute bit at the end. That set of characteristics could point to a few different people on SC, but that the survey dealt with colors 'n paint 'n walls was the kicker.

I painted my walls a dark hunter green and put up a white ivy border and white lacy curtains...its very relaxing...my dorm room walls are plain white..icky

Very very very light blue. Did I mention very? :) Whoever painted them didn't do a particularly good job but it's so much trouble to paint your walls when the room is full I just can't be bothered.

Mine is actually Bright yellow...bright colors should have been a choice....;)

the top of my wall is light green and the bottom is blue and in the middle i have a jungle border with a black outline and there's trees and stuff and monkeys and birds and tigers and little rodents and i love it

Oooh, I like this question. I have two rooms that are adjoining, like a suite, and the first room is partly pink, from the last girl, and partly lavendar, from my failed attempt to paint. The problem is that I have SO many things on the walls, and so much stuff and furniture, that it would be basically impossible to finish without destroying the things I've been collecting for a couple years, and I don't want to do that. On to the second room, it's where my bed is, and it's really more like a sunroom, with 8 windows. The walls there are partly yellow, from the last girl, and partly midnight blue with sparkles, which I also started, and will hopefully finish by summer.

I am going to qualify this to say that this bedroom is in a house in which I can not paint the walls. At my parent's house growing up, my walls were dark forest green with a dark purple trim.

I want the main room in crisp green & lavendar-lilac, kit in canary w green trim, carpets in sunshine(a tangerine). my last paint job, i did ferns by slinging painted fishnets, (nothing deep here). My mom does these wonderful subtle shimmerings of several sponged iridescents.
twisty: small windows (possible 4 panes), black sky w/ no curtains, stove-pipe visible? thats all i could get. the only thing i'm confident on was that i got dizzy, kind of a vacuumed floating head feeling.

It's tough renting...everything off white...beige?...ecru? mother of pearl?...i suppose it's a shade better than the avocado and orange of the last place i rented...

My room is so great!!! White walls with sky blue trim and, my favorite part, cloud wallpaper on the ceiling! Everything in my room is sky blue and white and silver and fluffy, fluffy, fluffy!!! It's like sleeping in heaven! I'm totally in love with my room!

jen - Have you guys been re-doing the whole house?

My walls right now are white. Around the room are posters and pictures. To name a few, Wu Tang Clan, The Beatles, Oasis, Bush, Bret Favre. So basically I'm going to rip those pictures down and paint my walls a very light yellow. I have blue carpeting and I think yellow compliments blue. I intend upon redecorating my entire bedroom, I just have to get around to it.

Wu Tang AND The Beatles? Wow. I thought I had eclectic tastes!

I don't have to worry about my walls because they are covered with posters of The Smiths, Depeche Mode, The Cure, and such as these... But I would like to scribble a huge mural all over and have everyone sign my walls when they came over...

But I'm stuck under the grips of parental supervision and so must suffer in silence... Well, somewhat...

But another answer you could have added, if you were in the mood to be super tedious would be an inquiry about wall coverings... Things like posters, pictures, paintings, sribbles, tackboard, sheets, etc...

My sister's half of the room is covered with sheets on the walls...
