| bill | posted 7-Jan-2004 12:45pm I'm not a fan of subway. |
| Jody | posted 7-Jan-2004 12:58pm I far prefer D'Angelo's. I like their bread better mostly, and the fact that they offer mostly simple, basic, toppings. |
| thevelvetcure | posted 7-Jan-2004 1:05pm Dunno, it's been years. I think the last few times I had subway, I was on a turkey kick. They didn't have the Veggie Delite then, otherwise I probably would have had that or maybe the chicken breast one. There wasn't nearly this much variety then, I only recognize two of them. |
| FordGuy | posted 7-Jan-2004 1:18pm Ham and swiss. |
| Enheduanna | posted 7-Jan-2004 1:21pm None; I've tried Subway, but not in a very long time. I don't remember disliking it, but I don't have a favorite sandwich. |
| cerealkiller | posted 7-Jan-2004 2:17pm Subway is at the bottom of the pile for sandwich stores. Togo's and Quiznos are much better. |
| Maarten | posted 7-Jan-2004 2:20pm No Subway here. |
| pandora | posted 7-Jan-2004 2:31pm I used to like turkey and Italian (no BMT, I don't know what that is) but now I would only eat the Veggie Delite, although I haven't been to Subway since I became a vegetarian. It'd be nice if they'd offer more veggie items. I bet those would do well. All around, Subway is a bit too chain-ish for my preference, and it doesn't hold a candle to the quality of local, independantly owned sandwich shops, at least around here. |
| ElvisFan67 | posted 7-Jan-2004 3:38pm All of them are good, but my favorites are Seafood & Crab and Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki. |
| caviartaste | posted 7-Jan-2004 4:17pm A spicy Italian. It is not the same as a BMT - because it does not have bologna on it. It's pretty good - but it's no Wall Street Deli!!! They're much better! |
| BrightBlue | posted 7-Jan-2004 4:33pm It's all about the Spicy Italian for me. |
| Lahdee | posted 7-Jan-2004 4:59pm Subway Club: ham, turkey, swiss cheese, mayo, green peppers, lettuce, olives, tomatoes |
| Amanda | posted 7-Jan-2004 7:48pm My all-time favorite is the meatball. I also like the tuna. But now that I'm dieting, I'll go for the veggie delight. |
| Iseult | posted 7-Jan-2004 8:24pm I like tuna and veggie lite the best. |

| judgescratch | posted 8-Jan-2004 12:32pm I've tried Subway once, and it was edible, but, I don't care to go there again. |

| darkshadowsseeker | (reply to ElvisFan67) posted 9-Jan-2004 1:23pm That's okay...what have ya got in your fridge? |
| ElvisFan67 | (reply to darkshadowsseeker) posted 9-Jan-2004 2:29pm I guess anything you can think of that's perishable you'll find in there--plus soft drinks. |
| darkshadowsseeker | (reply to ElvisFan67) posted 9-Jan-2004 2:47pm Well...make me a sammich! Can I have a soda as well? I like Pepsi and Coke...do you have either of those? |
| msgman | posted 9-Jan-2004 5:07pm Italian BMT on parmesan oregano bread with southwestern or dijon horseradish dressing.
I colleague and I often get a foot-long and then split it between us - it's cheaper than buying two separate six-inch versions |
| ElvisFan67 | (reply to darkshadowsseeker) posted 9-Jan-2004 7:50pm Well I would--except I have no way to get it to you. And I think it would be impossible to transmit food on the Internet. |
| ROCKMAN | (reply to cerealkiller) posted 10-Jan-2004 9:56am I agree with you Quiznos has much better sandwiches than Subway, but I pass by a Subway a lot more often then a Quiznos. There for I do eat at Subway sometimes. |
| sonikJ | posted 11-Jan-2004 5:17pm I'm a fan of the Cold Cut Trio. |

| wolfchik9 | posted 22-Jan-2004 9:50am Other... I usually get a BLT, fully-cooked bacon. |

I hate tuna though.
