The fourth option, and we don't have much to take down--only a wreath. * smile *

When we feel like it... around new years, maybe a little after.

First weekend after New Year's, whatever date that may fall, so this year it will be Jan. 3rd.
Must be time to go home - on first glance I thought the question said "balls". Mmm, that would be interesting too.

I didn't put any up this year...such a bad year. Normally when I used to live with the parents sometime in the end of January or February.

Sometimes during the week or so after Christmas. It depends on when I have time and feel like taking it all down. I haven't done it, yet. I might do that tomorrow, but then again, I might not. I think I've got the beginning stages of the flu, been sick all day. So it might be this weekend before I take it all down.

whenever I feel like it, or whenever I get sick of going out to turn on and off the christmas lights, whichever comes first.

I chose the option that I did this year.. the day after Christmas. I had to do it though, the tree was dried up, and the needles were falling off like crazy. Stepping on them felt like getting a splinter! Also, there were so many presents in my house, there just wasn't room for the tree anymore.

Although I would say that I observe Christmas, I don't believe that I could properly describe that as a celebration.

I celebrate Christmas, but don't put up a tree or decorate. There just isn't any room for a tree in the living room, even though we have unpacked nearly every box of books (except for about 10 of them that we can't unpack until we get more bookcases). There would have been no place to put a tree where it wouldn't have been knocked over.

Usually about the 6th of January (the 12th day of Christmas) - I've never heard it called King's Day - what's the origin of that anyone?

Huh!! I still haven't taken my tree down......& it's the 3rd day of the New Year. I'm seriously thinking of keeping it up. None of my family members have said a THING about taking it down yet so, I guess they don't mind it standing in the corner all year. * smile *

It's a Fiber Optic Palm (christmas) Tree. Really cool looking too! It could stay up all year & be a regular light! * smile * I love it too much to take it down!

Traditionally, my cousins & Aunties don't take their Christmas tree down until the 8th of January. They say that's when the LAST "Wise Man" (finally) arrived in Bethlehem.

Don't ask me! Cause I don't know how they arrived at that conclusion.

No tree. When I had tree and stuff it was up until the 6th. That's the tradition here.

We usually wait till the one who can't stand seeing them hanging around to box them up. They get put back in the garage sometime around easter........ maybe * laughing out loud *
