How do you feel about a Survey Central user email/web page directory?

I'm game.

I don't have a web page, but I think I can give out an email address. It's easy enough to get multiple email accounts for free.

Now that this survey is inactive, it's probably time to come up with a replacement.

Well, I will gladly volunteer to set it up. Just email me at bob@apocalypse.org with the subject "SC". Place your user name, URL, and email address. I will throw something up on my web space on apocalypse.
I am psyched to be able to do something for SC, and hopefully it will be a fun thing for those who choose to use it.

I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not, but I'd submit mine anyway.

I'd be afraid our e-mail addresses would get culled for spam purposes. Otherwise, I have no problem with people knowing who I am.

I'd like this. I think it would add to the sense of community (even if I didn't use it), and it would also encourage the offlining of the more serious flamage.

Is there any safegaurds I could apply to avoid the list becoming used for spam-purposes?

I could create an interface that allowed SC users to mail other users via Survey Central. They would submit a form to surveycentral.org, and surveycentral.org would send email to the other user (if they enabled that).

I like Bill's idea best.

I'd be psyched. I'd be even more psyched if the names next to people's comments were links to their email addresses, so people could respond privately when that seemed called for.

Sure. I'd like to be able to talk to others who find SC interesting.
