Being stupid with money -- not saving; not investing; not having willpower; doing too many drugs that cost too much money and didn't get me anywhere -- all my worst mistakes all have to do with money.

Being too shy in high school. Back then, you couldn't even pay me to say hi to a girl I had a crush on! I'm still a little shy, but I've conquered most of it since then.

it would probably have been trusting someone I shouldn't have trusted because I wanted so much to have an emotional connection with someone (anyone)...

Being too shy when I was younger, letting people take advantage of me. But I guess everything happens for a reason.

Not being by my mother's side when she passed away in November. I don't think I'll ever forgive myself for that.

We'd been sitting there for hours, holding her hand and talking to her. My father and I were exhausted. We decided to go take a walk and smoke a cigarette. About 5 minutes after we went outside, my uncle came to find us. She'd taken her last breath shortly after we'd left the room.

I wouldn't worry. She probably chose that moment for a good reason. Sounds like to much of a short time gap for it just to be bad luck or coincidence.

I make plenty of mistakes, but I don't know which one was the "worst." I tend to believe that they all have their purpose and value, and that I've learned from them, so I don't really think of any of them as the worst.

For the last several days she was in a coma like state, but her doctors and nurses told us that she probably still knew that we were there. Several people have said that she probably chose that time to pass on because she didn't want us to be there. I like to think that is true. It's still hard, but it's nice to think of it that way.

Wanting to be loved so much that, several times in my life, I completely ditched any semblance of moral integrity. It's been very hard to forgive myself for being such a complete idiot.

I've got two.
1. Going to nursing school right out of high school. I should've worked as an aide first.

2. Not spending more time with our friend Jeff who died last week at age 32.

To live a life-style which implicitly seems to assume that the (to me) most precious human beings (partner, mother, closest friends) are immortal. What a mistake.

She has colo-rectal cancer. It spread to one lung and her lymphnodes. A few months later, it spread to her brain. At that point they gave her 2 weeks to live. She held on for 9 days. Her doctor believes that it had spread to other parts of the body, but Mom didn't want anymore tests, so we wouldn't let them find out. It wouldn't have made a difference anyway.

My worst mistake was trusting that someone was a true friend. Obviously, she wasn't and I spent a majority of my junior year of high school depressed and rejected.

Hey! Been looking for you so I answered your survey!

I'm about to print the "wedding newspaper" and I still have the address you sent me last year. If it's changed, let me know. I think you have my e-mail from Cleo for the camera thing. If it's not changed, just respond here.

It worked out really well! Everyone is quite pleased with it. We'll roll it and tie it with a gold elastic band holding a 4 color, laminated tag with perforation that match the printed table tents with their names and date of the wedding (I work for printers you know!) My employers supplied me with newsprint paper (they had a whole skid collecting dust at the back) so I gave them a "free" ad in the paper! This is included with a coffee mug, a sampler of coffee (a customer of my boss for whom I designed boxes for his product) with a couple of packets of sugar (the customer threw those in - they have more advertising because their logo is on it). And a few chocolate Kisses to sweeten the deal!

All this from your idea! I want you to see the end result so confirm your snail mail!
