What should I name my kitten?

I found my kitten on the streets and decided to bring her home. Now I just need a name. Tell me what to name my gray and white calico kitten.

well, you'd have to clear it with dabprovin, but I love the name Avalon -- Avi for short. It's dignified and cute at the same time. Is this cat male or female? Can you tell?

I once had a cat named Murray -- that was cool. Not everyone has a cat named Murray.

Zang? I dunno why, but I would never have guessed that you were the SC. I imagined a female, under 40ish, to be the SC! That's so weird, how we form images in our minds, of what we expect. But you surprised me! * smile * I guess, naming a kitten is a female-ish thing to me??

I grabbed this survey as a "fix-me". I live in a tiny one-bedroom apartment in Vancouver's Chinatown. I don't think it's appropriate to keep pets in that kind of situation. If I had a place with a yard, I might consider it.

From a mind full of excess kitten names? Where can you go?
Just plaed to Bach's tocatto & fugue in Dm with a bass effect i made called nemo, like church resonant quasars formed from deep sea bubbles. such fun. I also made a 10¢ volume pedal with a paper clip lever on my volume knob, rubberband & tack return, toe string control; great for sustaining plucks or plucking sustained effects. Next step is midi control. Theres a device I can't afford which turns 32 5v inputs into midi controls. You can make your own of choose from 48 options they have like toe benders, humidity & light sensors, etc. There're also folks doing the same with EEG inputs. I have to make some sort of speaker phone (duplexed through the amp) next for playing with family in alaska. So far I just plug in a second pair of headphones next to the phone mic, can't hear them. If I could figure out a cheap arrangement, you, dora, and I could gig together.

i also name my indoor plants too, as well as certain trees in our yard, ok..ya ready for the plant names?? the indoor plants are...George, Fluffy, Stretch, Jim, Smiley...the only tree i've named so far here, is Willis...i used to name my vehicle as well, but my hub steered me away from that saying that that gives them a personality or a right to act up, besides i don't think that he liked the names i had picked out, so maybe that's why he's "against" naming cars!

I have 3 cats...Mr. Rogers (roger) who I saved from drowning and 2 big hungry dogs...I had the same problem in naming him until "Roger" popped in my head and I called him that...he chose me so he told me what his name was and he answers me =0)...my other cats are Ozzy...he was brought to me wild and mean and the first thing he did when he got here was hide inside my endtables that have magazine racks...he looked like he was in prison so I thought of OZ...the tv show on HBO....and my last cat is orange and white...female so i named her Peaches-n-Cream...Peaches. So for your's...grey and white calico, u can use Patches, Misty, Haze.

It's even worse now we have satellite tv where it's shown *four* times a day on one channel! I'm humming the music to myelf constantly. (I think it may be the greatest tv theme tune ever).

In the early mid seventies-ish, there was a popular TV show called: "Kung Fu", starring David Carradine as Kwai Chang Caine. It was actually a pretty cool show. It made frequent use of flashbacks in which Caine, as a child (played by Radames Pera) learned some valuable lesson from Master Po, who always called him "Grasshopper" in a particularly distinctive voice.

I would avoid the resurrected series from the late 1980s. It totally bites the big one.

I had a recent lice torment. It's been a good excuse to tear my apartment inch by inch and rearrange everything. I think I got it from the crowded neighbors next door who had just accused my cats of giving them fleas. the thing is, I don't even have fleas in my apartment. They brought one over in a ziploc baggie as proof and want me to spring for fumigating their apartment. Since the recent cleaning spree my cats are practically clean enouch to eat off of. (I suppose they always were as far as fleas are concerned though).
My recent hobby has been sculpting sound effects with a guitar synthesizer. I have a lot of art and politics agenda to get back to though. I also need to get out of debt.
Nothing in the supernatural realm lately, but I haven't lost my knack for doing tarot readings. For the first time, someone dropped by my apartment after seeing my web site. I think I just turned her life around from total subjugation to vast freedom.

well, cool. I saw the most passionate intense colorful cultural mystical beautiful romantic tragedy movie tonigt. It gets the first 6 in my 1-5 scoring system. It was a 1999 brazilian movie w/ english subtitles 'Orfeu' (gold fire, I believe it means, & that was the quality he had). It's about a carnaval samba king, sort of the muse heart of his community, his brotherly gang lord, and of course, his first true love.
My songs are getting much better, which is to say, more grounded composition (approching recognizable music conventions) and cultural diversity where before, I could only play along to such diversity and my own stuff was really out-there deep-sea quasar stuff, beyond time, matter, and human intervention. Even my 'dance of the elemental spirits' was a step towards earthly music.
