Well I guess the hatefully remembered part suits better. But really I just think I won't be forgotten, because I'm uhm well not easy to ignore.
I picked the first, but really I think that I will be fondly remembered by some people too.

Completely forgotten. I'm sure after a few generations this will happen anyway.

It really depends. This comes up in a story I'm trying to write. Because of a specific set of circumstances, the answer isn't really what you might expect.

I'd rather be forgotten than hated by all.

What a timely question. I have been thinking of this type thing today. A former classmate of mine was killed in a shooting in Jefferson City today. His name was Ricky Borts. If you pray, please keep his family in your prayers. He had a 14 weeks pregnant wife, and a 2 year old. Here's the story:

depends on what it is i would be hatefully remembered for and by whom. i think that some of my beliefs and convictions would have me be hatefully remembered by some and that wouldn't matter to me. i wouldn't want my family to hatefully remember me though.

There is absolutely no way I could ever forget you and I am sure you are loved by many in Akron. I would be the first one to volunteer to create a statue dedicated to you to represent all of those you have helped throughout your life. Your internal "love light" will shine on...and on...long after your external self dims. * love * * smile *

The eternal light of remembrance shines through-out eternity. It is reflected on the faces of rainbows and a baby's smile. All once what was will be again and will always be once it has dimmed.

No. It was just a bad joke. I'm really dead. Hell, I was never even human. I was an alien from Mars before my untimely death at the young age of 746. A man from NASA shot me with a laser gun and killed me. Damn, those humans.
