The first one has to be Alaska, because it's the only US state listed here. So 2 and 3 have to be Washington, DC and New Orleans. I'm guessing that 4 is Maracaibo, Venezuela, because most of the remaining options, all for the last question, are countries, not cities. I think Mexico is the kidnapping capital, and I'm guessing Colombia is next, with Russia and Brazil tied for third, but it's just a guess.

This is poorly constructed. It's obvious what 1, 2, and 3 are, because you've only included one US state and two US cities in your list.

Washington I believe is the murder capital.

Sorry to be a pain but I don't really like these kooky ratings surveys.

Alaska-accidental deaths, New Orleans and Washington D.C.-murder capitals, I'm going to guess for car jackings-Maracaibo (??) and for kidnappings-Columbia, then Mexico, Russia and Brazil tying. I'm probably way off. Just guessing on those.

85 accidental deaths per 1,000 per year??? putting it another way, a twelth of the population dies each year in an accident. I'm pretty sure thats wrong.

1) alaska, hey dummies, its the only state listed here. / slap on the forhead/

new orleans and dc. yep, i live in muder capital of the US.

4) seems like either Russia or Mexico.

and the rest are just kidnaping. i dont really follow kidnapping cases, and i dont really consider that a threat, specially since the person doesnt always die and they are so rare.

The page you selected has it wrong. It should be 85 per 100,000. (do a google search for some other death rate figures)
