I like cheese quite a bit. Cheese in refried beans, on nachos, heck, anything Mexican/Hispanic. And on sandwiches. Cheese and brocolli/cauliflower, of course! |
| juliw | | posted 27-Mar-2003 6:12pm |
I like some kinds of cheese quite a bit, and other kinds of cheese not at all. The kinds of cheese I dislike are parmesan, which truly grosses me out,,,it smells like vomit. I do not like cottage cheese, bleu cheese, or Swiss cheese. I love colby, pepper cheese, monterey jack, mozzarella, American, cream cheese. There are probably many cheeses I have not tried. |

Love it!! Almost all of it. Not stinky cheese, though. |
Zang | | posted 27-Mar-2003 8:24pm |
As much as I like cheese, I have trouble using words like "love" to describe my relationships with food. I think that demeans the word. Anyway! Yeah! I really like cheese. I come from a family of cheese freaks. When I was a kid, my mother always had at least three kinds on hand. My brother and I were each allowed to select one when we went grocery shopping. My brother and my dad are both big fans of Blue Cheese. I like it too, but my favourite is German Tilsit. I also like Gouda, Edam, Port Salut, Swiss and Cheddar. http://www.cheese.com/default.asp |

Other - it depends on the type of the cheese. Edam and Churnton are fantastic, creamy cheeses are OK, Cheddar is icky. |

I like cheese quite a bit, I use a l of different kinds in a lot of different things I cook. Cheese and crackers are good too. |

Dovresti dire "parmeggiano". (Se tu sapessi cosa chiamano "permesan" nel mio paese...! E' un'imitazione veramente schifosa!!)
Il vero parmeggiano e' una meraviglia, sono d'accordo! |

If I had to live off one food, it would be cheese. Pineapple, chilis, chocolate, and cashews follow close behind. Who is Urkel? |
Kristal_Rose |
I cut cheese into wedges which I insert between branch ends of broccolli and pop it into the microwave, then just eat the whole thing using the trunk as a handle. Quite convenient on the go. |

What is 'skeezy' cheese? |
| teatree |
http://www.kellie.de/familymatters.htm Steve Urkel was a character on the show Family Matters. He was fond of saying "anybody got any cheeeese?" In the photo at the link, he is the young man wearing glasses in the front row on the left. He was portrayed by an actor named Jaleel White. |

I really like some chesses and am pretty indiferent towards quite a lot. I'm eating a fair bit a Brie lately - I just discovered Somerset Brie which is slightly more bitter (especially the rind) and less creamy than the French Brie that I'm most used to. |

I like cheese but not necessarily on my meat....such as cheeseburgers. |
| mandy | | (reply to teatree) posted 29-Mar-2003 2:17pm |
Smelly stinky moldy strong cheese that smells pretty much like an old man's feet! YUM! It's also a line from a song in Once More With Feeling, The Buffy The Vampire Slayer episode that was a musical!!!!! Xander sings about Anya eating "skeezy" cheeses that he can't describe. |

(Pero', ricordo di aver letto il nome in quel modo sbagliato sia in un negozio che a un ristorante a Roma.) |
| dora | | (reply to Hans) posted 29-Mar-2003 2:51pm |
Può essere che lo chiamino così a Roma,ma forse è dialetto! In italiano si dice "parmigiano". Dove hai imparato l'italiano? |

A 50 year old english bachelor inventor and his dog, done in claymation I think by the same folks who did the chickens run movie. The guy almost fell in love with the woman they saved from the robotic sheep rustler which turned out to be her own evil dog, bus atlas, they were ultimately incompatable, she didn't like cheese. |

And then there's the stuff called cheese that isn't, like Velveeta. |
