It changes, but lately it's been Closer to Fine, by the Indigo Girls. |

Not sure.Lately my theme song could be the Virginian by Neko Case, but I don't know if it "defines" me.It defines a part of me anyway.

That's a beautiful song! I arranged it for a five piece orchestra in my music theory class. |

Wow! You must have a lot of talent. It really is a beautiful song! |

If there was one track that defined me as a person I'd be such a shallow, pathetic person that I'd be better off dead. |

Uh, no offence to anyone who actually chose a track..... |

'I'm Afraid of Americans' by David Bowie feat NIN
It's because of the line 'I'm afraid of the world'. |

'How Soon Is Now' 'Get Out Of My House' WOW....(actually I have been able to relate to both songs)I will have to see about listening to the melody sometime. |

songs tend to trigger emotion in humans, and i don't wish to reveal the dominant emotion in my life to the world. |

i cant really anwer that question. on hectic days like these when i incur a lot of stress, and for some strange reason, end up enjoing it, i get a real case of the edigies. in that case 'my track' would be "in my eyes", by minor threat, actually, no, the rage cover, allthough i have heard the both versions and they sound very similar. but off course then at the near end of hte week i end up going off to a bar so i guess that makes me a hyporcryt , so no, i cant claim that song. ah crap, i guess then dont have one. |

That (little miss can't be wrong) was my song when I first became Kristal. Breeder's 'Cannonball', Siouxse & the Banshees 'Kiss them for me' and N. Merchants 'Carnival' quickly followed. |

I think the song 'Get Out Of My House' wouldn't be available in America as the artist never made it big over in the US. Its a very strange song.
The other song has recently been covered and is now used as the theme tune to 'Charmed'. Have you seen that programme? |
romkey | | posted 12-Mar-2003 8:39am |
I'm sure it would at least be a medley, if not a concept album. |
romkey | | (reply to Dino) posted 12-Mar-2003 8:42am |
bite your tongue! Kate Bush did quite well over here... "Get Out Of My House" was the last track on The Dreaming... I have them all on my laptop computer, right here... |

I have heard of Kate Bush but you could be right about it not selling here...I will ck it out tho thinking I could maybe find a wave file online *pondering*....I did see the some of 'Charmed's' first season's episodes but I don't recall the theme...has it been this same song from the beginning? Of course not that would help me since can't remember how it goes. |

It's My Life, by Bon Jovi. If I don't want kids, I won't have them regardless of how much my sister pressures me into it. And if I want to lose weight, I will. |

There we go, I am listening to it right now. I like it, it's very experimental and something new. I especially like the vocals. |
Zang | | (reply to Iseult) posted 26-Mar-2003 12:49pm |
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it. The stuff on there isn't really very representative of what I'm really doing (which is actually a lot more experimental sounding). Those tunes are all a few years old, and I had a friend help me with the mix down and production. He has a bit of a tendency to skew things in a more commercial/dance/80s kind of direction. We think my more recent work is much better compositionally, and have been talking about working on some new ones. |
Iseult | | (reply to Zang) posted 26-Mar-2003 6:34pm |

There isn't one track that defines me as a person. I have many many moods and thoughts. Erm, 'Favourite thing' by Silverchair touched me as that's the way I'd like someone to feel about me one day. 'Beautiful' by Christina because I am! I can't think of anymore for the moment. |
