| Biggles | posted 1-Nov-2002 10:16am I have 2 here with me. One is round and red. It has a carton of a drop of blood (personified) giving a thumbs up and grinning. Above that it says "Save a life - Give blood". Underneath is the phone number (hmmm, I just noticed that it's an Oxford number - strange since this was sent to me from Sheffield) and the url for the website of the NBS. To one side is the logo of the National Blood Service. My other mouse mat is one of the ones that's like a bag with a liquid inside. The liquid is blood red. The mat's designed to look like a blood bag (what blood is stored in when you donate it) and has a printed label on it with blood type details, etc. It's the coolest mouse mat I've ever seen! Doesn't work too brilliantly because of the gel, but it looks good! |
