But it would be cool if it was always around and I didn't have to worry about making the actual purchase.

i know i know....i used to be the total stoner when i was younger...i enjoy it the same way now, as like a BIG breath of fresh air....the prob is 1)the cost; 2) not knowing anyone anymore.....i think that it would just be cool to have it around all of the time, and i still wouldn't mind having a female smoke buddy, since i haven't had one of those since i was 16!!! anywho...i understand your position, and as for me, it will always be a part of my soul somehow |
they | | (reply to justjulie) posted 23-Oct-2002 12:25pm |
You have a child right? What is your position on his/her smoking as a teenager? And will he know you do it? when?
Or maybe you don't have an answer to that question. I don't. My aunt started smoking with my cousin(her daughter), when she was 17 or so. I didn't find out that my dad smoked when we were kids until I was an adult. We both turned out half way normal.. My parents did, on the other hand, buy us alcohol from the time we were about 16 so that we could drink at home where they could keep track of us. |

whoo-hooooo!!! strong cold medicine!! ok..wow...those are some serious questions that i've thought about but haven't been able to come to a conclusion on, for who even knows where we'll be on our road come that time in life.... yes...i have one blood child who's 15 months oldand i'm step mom to a 6year old who lives w/ us and a 8year old who lives in colorado...it's really hard for me to say, for what if "they" really do legalize it by then??? who knows...all i know is that heyzeus' first experiences were w/ his dad and step mom, he turned out all right. my folks on the other hand are straight as an arrow, in fact my mom turned me into the cops when i was 19 for a little bit o'grass...i had a girlfriend in highschool whose folks were "cool", got it from her mom, and they shared and what-not, but they didn't "care" because she was/is smart and did good in school etc...... so...i'm not sure...i would prefer that our blood child do any experiementing at home etc, but you never know that he may grow up to hate all toxins. where-as the 6 year old "yells" at us for smoking cigarettes and tells us that they're drugs, she may grow up to experiement...but i really don't foresee that happeneing since her blood mom has drug problems, i mean REAL drugs, not something as useful as grass.... i don't know!! i guess that it just all depends...i will tell my blood boy what grass is and that it isn't bad but it's just illeagal blah blah blah....but i prolly won't have that discussion w/ the 6 year old, unless she comes to me w/ the topic, i guess i suppose...... this is hard!!! i guess at 6 o'clock in the morning, on this day in my life, that is my answer...but you could ask me again on a week or so and the answer may change!!! |
