I would judge by taste, not by names on a menu and since I haven't tried each and everyone of these items I have no point of comparison. The only restaurant I've even tried the dollar menu at is Wendy's and I don't go there that often and have only had a couple of items from the dollar menu. I haven't tried the dollar menus at BK or McDonald's so it would be unfair to judge them. |

I tried is McDonald's and it borders on food intoxication.When I was a little girl sometimes I indulged in McDonald's,and I had fun because of the clowns and stuff,but I was young,now I concentrate on food and food at McDonald's suck.I suppose the other "restaurants" do too. Why don't you eat GOOD food? Fast food is the worst thing USA imported, (with Rock'n'Roll being the best I guess.) |

We have only two of these where I live anyway and I don't think I've ever looked at the dollar menu let alone ordered from it. I prefer Bob's anyway. |
| Zang | posted 20-Sep-2002 7:19pm I live in Vancouver, Canada. I'm not aware of this promotion. Although I do eat fast food occasionally, it is without enthusiasm. I think I have eaten at Wendy's about three times in the past 25 years. The only reason I ever eat fast food is when I'm low on money, pressed for time, AND there is a fast food restaurant on the way. I find the food to be pretty nasty for the most part. |

| Galomorro | posted 20-Sep-2002 8:30pm I don't know because I do not frequent fast food places. I feel they give too little nutrition for too much money.... I need what little money I have to pay for the max nutrition I can get, so even though I go to an upscale restaurant (save up for it) once in a while, I usually go to a natural foods market to buy groceries to prepare at home instead of buying fast food as I feel these places probably feature foods with far too much sodium, fat, empty calories, not enough vitamins, etc. |

It would be like not watching a television. Studies have shown that people instinctively turn to watch a TV - they can't help themselves! You are addicted to fast food, Romkey, you just don't know it yet. |

| Glassa | posted 4-Oct-2002 10:15pm I'd say Wendy's. Their menu is more varied anyway. I hate McDonald's, no variety at all. I do want to try the Veggie Burger at Burger King though. I try to stay away from fast food though. I worked at Hardee's for 5 years, so I don't have a taste for it, except for the occasional craving for french fries. |
