I think I only use "baby." He calls me "baby" and "darlin" mostly.

I don't ever use those on my spouse/lover/partner. I'll come many people honey, especially in writing, but when not when I talk.

Stupid dog, lunatic, nutcase, etc. I HATE pet names. Makes me sick to hear partners call each other "babe" or "honey". My son and his wife call each other "babe" in their conversations. Yuck!

His universal nickname is Noonee (since the day he was born, I believe) so I often call him that. I don't even know what it means...maybe I should ask him some day * raspberry *

I'm swingin' single right now. In the past, I have used the pet names. They are all very scary and embarrassing. I would never use them in public. I refuse to repeat any of them here. I value my dignity too much.

Don't have one. When I do I pick up names that suit the person itself, and a 1/1000 of the time I throw in a "honey" for good measure.

Big dummy
Gummi boy
Honey
He calls me big dummy too. I don't know where he got it, I think his supervisor called him that or something. For some reason guys always give me food related nicknames. One of my old boyfriends called me chicken. It started with chicken but progressed to chicken sandwich, chicken finger, grilled chicken... Now my husband calls me honey mustard. I really don't get it. The chicken was because I was skinny but sandwich?
I don't like the name honey but I started calling him that because he was offended that I never called him anything" sweet and nice". Now he says it is sexy when I call him by his real name. Go figure.
