I think most of my personality quirks are pretty obvious. As for little tidbits, I can't think of any, although I'm sure there are some. |

I love opera. I have a mad urge to listen to Luciano nearly every day. |

When in doubt, I strike up a short, imagined conversation with Ben Franklin. He's a pretty smart guy, and he helps me figure things out. |

Oh, I love those! Wax bottles filled with the weird not-a-color-found-in-nature sugary liquid. I chew the wax afterwards. I think it tastes good |

This was tough. I was almost convinced that there wasn't anything. I went in to the kitchen to get a coffee while I thought about it. Then I saw it. I have two dried roses hanging on a nail over my kitchen sink. The last time I saw an ex-girlfriend, she gave them to me. She said she stole them from a church. They're pink, and they're on one stem. Although other visitors have probably seen them, no one asked where they came from. My ex doesn't know that I dried them and hung them up. So I guess that would fit the bill... |

Hmmm...I can't think of anything. The only things I can think of that nobody knows are things that I don't like talking about, not necessarily "hide". Does that count? |

I think I am extra perceptive. So much that people act shocked when I figure things out about certain situations. (much different than ESP) I am just more aware and can figure things out in my head what's going on. |

I have a very strange scar. Or, more accurately, very strange scar tissue, since I don't remember any wound that might have resulted in the scar. I think I may have mentioned that to my mum though. I really can't think of anything else. |

I seriously considered getting a degree in English. It should be pretty obvious to the readers here that I didn't |
| joachim | | (reply to Lahdee) posted 4-Oct-2002 6:40pm |
I am also extra perceptive but since I knew you were going to mention it, I decided to mention something else. Seriously, though, I occaisionally become aware that events I believed would transpire have in fact come to pass. Since I don't believe in ESP, or anyway in precognition, I have to come up with another explanation. One possibility is coincidence - and that is a real possibility. Another is that the events could have been predicted had I had access to information which was available beforehand but which I have no memory of having known. Aha! In that case it could be that my subconscious mind is secretly plotting and scheming behind my back, so to speak, which I'm pretty sure of anyway for other reasons. So that's what I think is going on. I never wake up in the night KNOWing that a plane has crashed or anything, so I don't think I've ever mentioned it to anyone. Or maybe I did. Either way I think it's an interesting phenomenon. |

I tried wearing men's panties (well actually it was a man's powerpuff girls thong panty with lace) but I tripped getting into them and almost killed myself. When I checked my insurance policy, I found that they only cover boxers and briefs so, sadly, I was forced to change my underwear style. |

I just took some personality quiz online the other day and wouldn'tcha know it-It said my strongest trait is perception. Sometimes it's weird--I just know people's feelings and sometimes what they think about certain things, their attitudes, etc. Without ever speaking a word to them. About the dream thing-I once dreamt of the Riverwalk at New Orleans, a bunch of people waiting for a boat. The next morning I heard a boat crashed into the riverwalk. Odd. I also dreamt about a bridge, it was nighttime and raining (flooding) the flooding was just on one side but on the other side, there was a hill to the right with fire. About 6 months later, I went to Natchez, Mississippi. The bridge I crossed was identical, it was night and raining. To the right on the hill was a huge hotel full of lights. I was going "woah" LOL |

A bridge between flood and fire, intense. Dosn't sound like a flood of sunny fountains though, neither sounds good. |

There was a bright space between the two, (protected from both) on the side where the fire was and I flew up out of it all. Like the rapture happened. |
Kristal_Rose | | (reply to Lahdee) posted 6-Oct-2002 4:07pm |
Wonderful. I feel like thor (the self i left years ago) was dark rain, and kristal evolved to become fire, and I just found myself as some gold showers, turquoise fountains, green jungle inbetween. Does your life fit the dream? |
Lahdee |
No not really |
| joachim | | (reply to Lahdee) posted 7-Oct-2002 11:45am |
Whoa indeed. I don't think I've ever had that kind of precognitive experience. With me it's always just "I wonder what would happen if... naah" and then the next day it happens. It's always small things. So small I can't even think of any examples. |
Kristal_Rose | | (reply to Lahdee) posted 8-Oct-2002 2:22am |
Yeah, I didn't think it did. Though I just realised that I was ignoring significant dreams about my mistaken path years ago. |
