Generally, large breasts are required. I've done this on a number of occasions. Although I find it reasonably pleasurable, I don't recall ever initiating it. My impression is that women who have sufficiently large breasts, and who have probably seen it done in a porn video or something, like to do this because it makes them feel "special". I'm doing pretty well. I took my last comprehensive exam in August, so now I'm starting on research for my dissertation. I'm also teaching a class on biblical Hebrew this semester; we just started, and it's going fine so far.
