The "Vigorous exercise" option got me thinking that there was no "Vigorous masturbation" option, but then, some people may be energized by more laid-back masturbation, yadda yadda yadda...
- Vigorous exercise - Music - Chili peppers - Being massaged - Sex - Laughter - Life

Vigorous exercise tops the list. I have a freakish love for those kind of high-intensity aerobics that make you feel as if you've just climbed the...Empire State Building (I can't believe I was about to say the twin towers). Music makes me extremely hyper and my mom has banned any Supremes, P.O.D., Weezer, Strokes, Ramones, Basement Jaxx and Fatboy Slim after 8 P.M. Chili peppers make me sad. Acupuncture scares the living hell out of me. Fine thing to know, as we're going to go get tattoos next week. Meditation makes me feel ridiculous. Prayer is for those who need to pray, not those who live on one Being massaged makes me fall asleep. Pretty damn unsexy. Laughter makes me Obnoxious On Wheels. I get into fits of hysteria sometimes that either piss people off or lighten up moods immensely. It really depends. Like today, it was guys vs. girls and we were throwing dried globs of mud (such sophistication, but we were assigned to read "Beyond Anne Frank's Diary" outside and that's an idiotic book) at each other. I have the best aim of any kid, I swear to God. Even the jockiest of the guys couldn't get their globs two feet near us. I threw about five, and they all landed splat in the middle of their table, exploding in their faces. I couldn't pull myself together for hours. I still am giggling while thinking of their astonished faces. Sorry for blathering so much. I like this survey. |

chocolate laughter (I'm going to a comedy club tonight - http://www.comedycamp.co.uk/ ) and yoga - although I havn't done that in years. I should. |

All of those except acupuncture, doesn't do much for me. Playing guitar and dancing are tops though. Swimming and hiking are exellent too. For whoever was relating chocolate to drugs during qual, they found what they call the cb2 receptor in the brain which responds to both marijuana and chocolate. Alan Watts has a meditation exercise in which you just burst into laughter and keep it up for several minutes. Profound and exhilirating. Haven't had the massage option in 13 years unfortunately. Ah yes, and meditation and massive quantities of anything hot, I just take for granted. |

Vigorous exercise. I love feeling my arms and chest all tight and pumped up. Sex just makes me feel sleepy. |

Massage, chocolate, sex and laughter all do it for me. A combination of the four ensures the high lasts for days. |

After I got my tattoos I was on a high that lasted for weeks. |

They're both tribal, one is just a design, some people say it looks like a scorpion, the other is a dragon. |

Not necessarily in that order, but if I had to rank them; laughter would number one and then sex, all the others can go where ever... (laughing is easier than sex but less stimulating - I had to add that!) |

Yes I have. Men feel sleepy after sex. I don't feel high at all, I feel relaxed. Women need to accept that after sex men don't feel like cuddling, we want to lie there and chill. |
Irene007 | | (reply to kaleb777) posted 28-Apr-2002 9:34am |
Well, I feel relaxed too, even wiped out and frankly we both lie there and ask each other; "Why aren't we doing this all the time??" and we don't cuddle - we flake out! |

Irene007 | | (reply to Cain) posted 30-Apr-2002 7:50am |
Because we're too busy falling asleep! Touching each other of course but we do that all the time... |

If you check the Advanced Stats, you can see that 41.7% of men (at the moment) get a natural high from sex.... so maybe not all men feel sleepy afterwards! |
