  What is for Tea?

At my office, we take a quick break for coffee (and often, chocolate) around 3:00 every day. If you were to set out some afternoon refreshments for yourself, what would they be?

Tea,cookies and/or a sandwich.
Sometimes milk.I used to hate milk, then at the ripe age of 20 I began to like it.
Sometimes I just eat a piece of cake and drink a glass of water.

Tea: I'd like strong tea,you look it and can't figure out if it's tea or coffee *laughing out loud* , no or little sugar,no lemon (French habit),no milk (British habit...and grandfather habit but he learnt while he was with the British Army.),just TEA! This is the way I like it,and used to drink 6 cups of this powerful potion a day.No good for my stomach,so I quit *frown* But I still drink tea sometimes, green tea is the one that does less harm, tastes good.I hate coffee.I like the taste and smell of coffee but coffee itself like in a cup it's sickening for me.Maybe it's the way it's brewed,I guess I would like American coffee,I have to try it.

For me, tea is my evening meal (I'm having soft-boiled eggs and toasted soldiers *smile* ).

During my breaks at school (15 minutes in the morning, 10 minutes in the afternoon), I don't eat or drink anything. I sometimes eat my dinner during the dinnerbreak, but not often (I know, I know, my blood sugar levels are going to be all over the place if I don't eat anything all day until 5pm!)

If I was going to have an afternoon snack, it would probably be hot toast and margarine.

I would get fruit and some kind of healthy natural fruit smoothy. I'd make it myself, possibly with a portable blender.

When I was little, my Mum would make me soft boiled eggs and put them in an egg cup and sever the top. She would cut a slice of bread and butter in long strips and called them soldiers. I would dip them in the runny soft boiled egg middle and devour them. I called them buppy soldiers. Buppy, as in bread and buppy(butter).

I go for flavored coffee, say with vanilla; also other beverages that contain herbs which promote energy; ANY kind of chocolate drink is good.

The beverage usually has to be a soda, just because they are always available in any vending machine. For a snack I like to do fruit, sometimes with cheese. I read somewhere that apples and cheese were the best "power" snack, and would give you a little boost. I have no idea if it really works or if the feeling I get is just from being proud of myself for eating a healthy snack vs. Fritos or something sugary.

god...it's been sooooo long

heaven shoved into a pint sized container!

if you ever see it...try it...you'll love it
