Have you made a color scheme for this Web site?

I don't remember all the details. I think I went in there and mucked about a couple of times. Didn't come up with anything I liked better than what I normally use (Sky Blue Sky) so I don't think that I saved it.

No, I didn't know you can do that until I saw one of the previous surveys. By then I got used to the grape/avocado that its came on. I'm too used to it now. I tried out some of the others. Kristal does nice ones. But really it never felt the same as the original. I'm not very adventurous when it comes to change. I'm a creature of habit.

It was for me. Its green with a blue background. I wonder what the pantone colour ref is. Do you use pantone colour ref?

Yes, I was playing with it the other day (for the first time). I ended up with some disgusting result which I think I saved. I always view SC with the standard grape and avocado - it doesn't feel like SC to me otherwise!

It was the default. I checked out some of the other ones, and tried mucking about, creating one, but wound up continuing to use Sky Blue Sky. I don't really like it that much, but it just seems to be easier to look at than anything else.

Only at work (graphic arts) and when I'm decorating, I use my book to find the colour schemes that I like, then try to match paint chips to them.

yes, my screen is like some aqua color, with plenty of green and blue, with a bit more green to it. All links are mostly blue. Visited linkes are redish purple, the outline is a darker and more greenish color, and those annoying ads are still the same color as always. lol

Its been so long ago, that i don't remember the exact coloring that i have. I guess that i am going to have to check on that.

Ok, I just created 'KR-Toystore' (which I will probably never use), and 'KR-Sandcrabs' (which I'm using now, it's a slightly overcast summer beach afternoon).

Yeah, its always been this colour. I've since heard from others that their first time came up as sky blue sky - and that's the one bill uses.

What I don't like about a lot of the others is that the text is lighter than the background and that doesn't seem right to me. Call me a traditionalist but I like to read my text over the background. I don't like it in magazines and I certainly don't like it on websites. How's your mag going. Do they have a website?

We're not there yet, we have seen distributors in the US and in Canada. Met with photographers, found models, got film and print quotes; now looking for financing. The first few issues have to ride on their own so we need a little capital to start. You might say that we are still in the process of lining up our ducks!

There were so many great options that I decided to stick with the original until I could sit down and create my own.

You could go for the random option in the meantime.
