I don't work, but at my last job, my work was all based on what time it was. I had to check my watch all the time anyway.

About an hour after my colleague comes back from her meal break. I go 12-1. Then I cover the receptionist 1-2. Then my mate goes on hers 2-3. Then around about an hour after I start clock watching.

I don't work, but if this can apply to school, it depends on the day.

I may as well not ever look at a clock. My clock is my 8 month old. When he's up, I'm up. And when he sleeps, I'm still up or doing whatever else I have to do. Time doesn't matter to me right now. All I know is that it goes by way to fast.

I'm in Costa Rica. We have exactly 45 minutes of recess a day...but our school days are longer.

Well, I'm not really working right now, but when I am I HATE clock-watchers who keep reporting how much time we have left. Whether I love my job, or I just tolerate it, I prefer not to look at the time while working. It is always better to just concentrate on the duties at hand. The clock won't moving any faster if you watch it. In fact, I find that the day seems to drag on forever when someone keeps telling me how much longer we are on shift.

None of the above really, becuase I'm on a timetable at university so I'm in for different times everyday.
Last summer I worked in a car park from 9 til 5. The mornnig was alright, the afternoon would drag and the hour between 3 and 4 was unbearable. The last hour was OK cos I knew I was almost there.

Because of the structure of my days (5 one hour lessons with an hour for dinner) it doesn't really work like that for me. When i start wishing was out of there depends on the lesson, what we're learning about, the teacher, whether I've done my homework, what period of the day it is and a whole host of other things! For example, I have double Politics on a Friday afternoon and that drags so much! I'm usually looking at my watch about 10 minutes into that 2 hours lesson wondering when it'll be time for my break then after break when it's hometime. I wait much more for my breaks than for hometime. I like breaktimes because I can talk with my friends * smile *

It depends what I'm doing after work, how much I'm looking forward to it, and how tight a schedule I have to leave on. Sometimes, I start checking the time about 5 minutes after I really *need* to have left to stay on schedule, that's a pain.

It goes the other way for me. I look at the clock and am anxious about how late it's gotten, because I still have to get so much more done before I can quit, or because I've made some evening commitment and I'll have to quit without getting as much done as I really wanted to.

About 15 minutes before it's time to leave. Up until then I'm usually too busy to think about it much. This can vary from day to day though. There are days when I long to turn around and go home the moment I get to work! (and tomorrow will be one of them if I don't hurry off to bed soon)

I don't watch the clock. Not because I love my job, and not because there are no clocks, but just because I'm too busy. One minute I'm writing a script and it's 3pm, the next minute I look up and its 5:30pm.

I didn't clock-watch at all in my first lesson because it was chemistry with my really good teacher * smile * But then I started clock-watching about 2 minutes into Scociology. I just really hate Sociology. And you should have seen me in double-Politics!!! That was just painful!

I do look at the clock, but not like that. It's more like "Oh crap, it's 3pm and I haven't had lunch yet!" or "Damn, it's 6:30pm, and I was meant to leave half an hour ago". My work's pretty absorbing and busy.
