| anonymous | posted 19-Nov-1998 1:10pm tripp and starr were quite obviously in on it, but I think Monica was just an Idiot in the wrong place at the wrong time, emphasis on Idiot. |
| Mimi | posted 19-Nov-1998 1:33pm It is all incredibly tiresome. I hear any of those names & I see sleaze...& that includes Bill Clinton. |
| lisashea | posted 19-Nov-1998 1:34pm Waaaah! This isn't a survey, it's a diatribe :) Surveys should have unbiased options to choose, and the "personally" line should go in the creator's comments. Personally, I think if Bill Clinton KNEW he was being investigated for sexual misconduct with Paula Jones, the LAST thing he should have been doing is screwing around with his intern. Never mind that he cheated on his wife. Never mind all the rest. He was stupid. Sure, others have taken advantage of his stupidity, and they could be in error too. But if he hadn't been screwing around, they wouldn't have caught him at it. |
| Jody | posted 19-Nov-1998 1:57pm I think we need to censure and move on. Get them out of the limelight and let's get back to work. |
| steve | posted 19-Nov-1998 2:30pm I want them all to go away. I want to have no opinion about any of them, and never to have to hear that woman's name again. Unfortunately, I do have opinions about them, and I think that Linda Tripp's contention that she is me is one of the most offensive things I have ever heard. She has violated the sacred bonds of girl talk and should be taken into a ladies' room somewhere and stuffed headfirst into the toilet and left there. |
| dab | posted 19-Nov-1998 2:38pm Starr was sent to investigate and find impeachable offenses on Clinton's part. He did. Lewinsky was a kid. Her life must really suck. Tripp was definitely not a friend. |
| elijahblue | posted 19-Nov-1998 2:53pm I don't think it was a "setup," but I don't think Tripp or Starr are particularly savory characters. Monica just seems like a dumb kid stuck in the middle of everything. |
| seven | posted 19-Nov-1998 3:04pm I wish they would all just go away. |
| milktree | posted 19-Nov-1998 4:51pm I'm so *^(**&^( sick of hearing about any of them! |
| hunter | posted 19-Nov-1998 5:09pm Never ascribe to conspiracy what can be explained by stupidity. |
| hunter | posted 19-Nov-1998 5:12pm Never ascribe to malice what can be explained by stupidity. |
| eris | posted 19-Nov-1998 5:57pm I am sick and tired of the whole thing; this seems to be the tenor among most people I know. While I don't actually think it was a setup, I would not be shocked to find out that it was. The president's personal life is nobody's business but his. If he did engage in sexual harassment or other unsavory activities it is certainly reprehensible and maybe a crime, it has limited bearing on his ability to do his job and has been blown way out of proportion. I elected a president to govern the country; if I had wanted a role model I would have gone for a king, or a movie star. Hmmm - though we did elect one of those recently... |

| anonymous | posted 19-Nov-1998 8:13pm I blame the weasels for this one too. |
| reality | posted 20-Nov-1998 9:27am I rated this bad because it wasn't a set up between the three of them, it went much higher than that.... it was definitely a setup though. whee, conspiracy theories.. |
| jzp | posted 20-Nov-1998 1:16pm i could care less. i stopped listening to news on the radio. |
| dpolicar | posted 20-Nov-1998 5:45pm I try to avoid it, personally. |
| mikex103 | posted 20-Nov-1998 9:18pm Its an issue which everyone is tired of. I personally was tired of it the first time i heard about it. So Clinton f***ed up. what can i say. A bunch of really stupid people. |
| kirst | posted 21-Nov-1998 8:10am Who cares??? Perhaps they're all related to Jerry Springer... |
| lizzie | posted 23-Nov-1998 2:29pm A friend of mine theorized that Chelsea was having an affair with Monica, so Bill took the heat when the press caught wind of some type of affair in the White House. As for Ken Starr and Linda Tripp, who cares? Pawns in the game. |
| Frostbrand | posted 24-Nov-1998 11:35pm I agree wholeheartedly. Well, for Tripp and Starr. Considering what I've heard about the way her and her family were treated by Starr's people and by Tripp, I'm thinking that Monica might be as much of a victim as the Pres. |
| lion | posted 30-Nov-1998 12:15am Can we just shoot them? Please? |
| jettles | posted 2-Dec-1998 12:21pm uuuggghhh, aaaaahhhh--- i am sooo sick of listening to all this. and then i am angry with myself for not being more interested. i do believe that ken starr would have kept investigating/changing direction until he found something. setup among the three or them????!!!??? i don't know about that!? |
| jettles | posted 2-Dec-1998 12:24pm sorry lion, if you check the gun survey---i don't own one, so i can't help you!!!! just kidding |
| Wicksy | posted 8-Dec-1998 8:25am Anyone got Monica's number, I need my cock blown up again |
| bill | posted 8-Dec-1998 9:32am Oh, that's what a lollipop is! *BOOM* |
| eloradanan | posted 21-May-2006 1:50am I have no opinion of these people. Whatever happened between Bill Clinton & Monica Lewinsky is nobody's business except for Bill & Hillary. He cheated on her, not on the U.S. |

I am highly amused by the ultimate consequence of all this, which is going to be the non-renewal of the Independent Prosecutors Act when it comes up again this year.
