mrsbbear	posted 19-Feb-2002 10:08pm I said a guitar pick, because that is close to what I know of as a plectrum. A plectrum is the device worn on the thumb or held as a pick, used to pluck a dulcimer, of which a guitar is, I suppose, a modern evolution.
