| romkey | posted 7-Feb-2002 12:43pm a lot... more than 8 glasses... more than 1.5 liters of San Pellegrino... |
| Biggles | posted 7-Feb-2002 3:05pm 5-6 glasses (including the one glass of orange juice I have - which is mostly water), which is just right. |
| justjulie | posted 7-Feb-2002 3:15pm more than a gallon |
| Dino | posted 7-Feb-2002 3:45pm not enough. I'm a real tea and coffee junkie. I know I should drink more but I don't. |
| spidertea | posted 7-Feb-2002 5:12pm Atleast four. Many days, more than 8. I LOVE WATER! |
| Matt | posted 7-Feb-2002 5:17pm I hardly drink any |
| confetti | posted 7-Feb-2002 8:27pm 9 glasses of water. It gives me Nelly Furtado skin. |
| Jemmy | posted 7-Feb-2002 8:48pm Maybe one or two glasses. I used to drink a lot, but stopped. |
| mandy | posted 8-Feb-2002 12:19am water? That's a mixer, right? |
| darkshadowsseeker | posted 8-Feb-2002 1:55am A minimum of a quart, but usually more. I talk constantly in my line of work, not to mention it's healthy to have plenty of water. And my work provides McKenzie Mist Mountain Spring Water which is delicious, no chlorine or nasty taste, but nice tasting spring water. |
| kaleb777 | posted 8-Feb-2002 5:45pm Not enough, 1-2 glasses. I drink iced coffee and fruit juice mainly. |
| Biggles | (reply to kaleb777) posted 9-Feb-2002 12:38pm Fruit juice is mostly water. It doesn't have to be pure water to do the job - that's a myth, just like drinking 8 glasses a day is supposed to be the ideal. |
| rubiksmobius | posted 18-Feb-2002 10:26pm I used to drink 8-10 glasses daily, but had to constantly go. Now I drink mostly pop, orange juice and soy milk. Water is good for you if it's clean. My tap water has excess fluoride levels. |
| ASB | posted 27-Feb-2002 3:36pm not enough |
| Twacy222 | posted 2-Mar-2002 11:36pm Not enough. I'm always sick from dehydration. |
| kaleb777 | (reply to Biggles) posted 18-Mar-2002 12:53am Well in summer I'd drink about 2 litres of juice in addition to the odd paper cup of water at the cooler at work. I find I need to pee too much if I drink water. It goes straight through me. |
| autumnlight | posted 30-Mar-2002 8:58am I used to drink loads but now I drink hardly any. And I complain about my skin! I'm so silly. |
| they | posted 11-May-2002 5:12am I just heard that you should drink half of your body weight in ounces per day... 200lbs? drink 100 oz. of water. |
| mandy | (reply to they) posted 11-May-2002 7:57pm I've taken to drinking at *least* one gallon of water a day(33.3 oz bottles at a time). I started doing this recently during my bladder infection and I could not believe how much more energy I had and how my hair looked thicker and fuller and my dry skin went away and my face looks so smooth and supple! I am amazed at the difference it has made in so many areas. |
| they | (reply to mandy) posted 11-May-2002 8:15pm I'm taking a medication for my condition that is a diuretic... so I've been drinking a HUGE amount of water.. I can't stop peeing, but I've lost like 10lbs in water. It does do great things for your skin... I prefer water over any other drink anyway. |
| mandy | (reply to they) posted 11-May-2002 10:27pm I don't usually....I think it's icky...but I force myself. I even have an extra glass of water after each cup of coffee just to even things out. |
| they | (reply to mandy) posted 12-May-2002 11:43am Really? You think all water is icky? Tap and different kinds of bottled? I prefer our city water... I missed it so much when I lived in NC.. |
| mandy | (reply to they) posted 12-May-2002 3:17pm It's just so plain. I love, adore and guzzle sparkling water. But on a daily basis I find tap and bottled water really boring. |
| Cleo | posted 21-Jul-2007 8:51pm I don't know, but I would guess it is a lot. |
