Beat them with a rubber hose, make them watch Martha Stewart all day & make them listen to polka music all night! After all that, they'll never do it again.

Options 2 & 3 and maybe bill could have a little talk with them via e-mail (if he has their e-mail address) and let them know what they are doing is counter-productive and inappropriate. I wouldn't ban the person as he/she is probably a newbie who doesn't know any better.

Tell them about it following the guidelines set in qualification.

look, what was the error anyway, the fact that they ended the question with do you or would you
and left it at that?
so?
i don't care for the style really, but thats all it is, a style of questioning.

Inform the person of the problems, just like you would any other survey.

We should set a limit. I'd say users should be allowed to have a maximum of five unqualified surveys at one time. Also inform them of the problems with their surveys.

Kill them. Have the mob slice their throats and dump them in the sewers.

It depends on how new they are to SC (ie whether they understand the qualification system, etc) and the exact nature of the fault.

I don't care. I love "fix me" surveys, and I'll probably have a good binge on them.

Wasn't that from "The Onion"? I loved that one. "Terrorists surprised to find themselves in hell", or something along those hilarious lines.

What do mean by mass produced. The same survey created 50 times or 50 surveys that didn't have 'other' in them. If it was the first then go tell Bill. If it was the second them tell them and let them go through the trouble of learning the hard way. 50 survey eh? I hope their good.

Inform them of their error (which some of us did repeatedly). Hopefully, they will learn their lesson eventually.

I think it usually happens when someone is new. I don't think something should be done to punish them; their lack of knowledge of the way SC works is only due to inexperience. A limit on the number of surveys that can be in qual. at the same time would be a good solution. Perhaps a maximum of 10?

No wonder I'm afraid of making surveys,I could risk getting banned form SC. Say it ain't so.I wouldn't want to live!

Set a limit, with a ban as final punishment. And what's up with mass-producing surveys, anyway? That's just sad.

Inform them that there is a repeated error in all of their surveys and ask them nicely if they could fix them all.

I was only stating my opinion. I do not like meta surveys. If you take it as an insult I guess it is an insult. I wouldnt take it personally I just prefer surveys that have interesting content.

Some of us did inform bill the first time through. Unfortunately this person had created them anonymously so bill didn't know who was to blame. BTW-7 of the surveys that have qualified were done by a newbie named "gameshow."
