Your sons and your daughters are beyond your command...for the times they are a-changing * smile *

True in every sense of the really good bit of songwriting.

September 11, 2001 exposed me to the rawest (I don't necessarily mean gory) images and writing from the biggest showdown of hate, love and ignorance for the modern human beings. And from that, I feel like I've grown a few years in only one. But everyone has.

Neither my sleeping habits nor my eating changes have changed. But the events of September 11 has had a huge impact on all of our lives.

Closer to the attack my sleep and eating habits were...out of whack. I've recovered.

Oh sure! Where I used to sleep for an entire day and then stay awake for two days, now I just take little cat naps every minute that last about 20 seconds. This way I can be on guard against terrorist attack.

Prior to September 11th, 2001, I ate 6 kilos of raw bacon every day. Now I subsist on a diet of broccoli! * grin *

No. My desire to watch the news has lessened though. Not that I had much desire before...

*looking out the window* Hmm...that's odd, the only vegetation I can see for several blocks are those scraggly leafless trees lining the sidewalk...not much to hide behind there...*scratches head* Obviously she's stalking someone else! * smile *

if I were paid a dollar every time I heard the phrases 'September 11th' and 'terrorist', I'd be a millionaire, I should watch less news

I initially had some wacky dreams about bombs and whatnot, but now it's back to normal.

No.But my first reaction,gut reaction before rage,sorrow etc...was actually "Damn,I'm hungry!"
I kept to eat an awful lot for the next two weeks.I tried to explain that to myself and the best I came up with was "imminent war=hunger=eat now while you can!". I slept badly and dreamt towers crumbling for three or four days but now my sleeping patterns are back to normal and so are my eating ones.
