I am comfortable with my level of responsibility but I would really like those that I work with to start concentrating on their level. |

I have waaaaay too much responsibility for way too many people and things. I got myself into this because I'm good with detail and a control freak. Now I'm trying to figure out how to offload some... |

Less. I much prefer little responsibility. |

Sometimes I feel like I am responsible for my stuff plus stuff for a lot of other people. I'd like to offload some of it. **Jody: same here...good with detail, and a control freak. Although I tend to refer to myself as "anal retentive". |

In general, less. basically I want to live the life of a child, free from worries. however, in practice, I end up either maintaining or increasing as time goes on. I can never manage to get rid of any of my responsibilities once I have them. maybe I will go mad and have to be taken care of the rest of my life... hmmmmm.. |

I don't actually have a lot of responsibility now. A little at work, but I'd like to have a marriage and kids and a house and pets and maybe a business, all of which entail more responsibility. |

Well, it depends, if it is taking responsiblity for soemone else NO but if its for me like getting another credit card or buying a house than that's ok |

I'm a bit overwhelmed. My position is considered a 1.2 at work (with 1.0 being full time). I commute 45 minutes each way, do most of our shopping and cook our meals (unless we barbeque). Although we have a maid that comes in once a week to clean and iron, there is just not enough time in the day! I was going to give up ice hockey this season, so I never faxed back my forms. However during the draft, I was picked and now am on a team. (The cool thing is that I'm the only female goalie and five men were not drafted at all.) |

I seem to have an insatiable need for responsibility. Seriously, I think I need therapy about this. I'm the local sucker whether at home, work or in community activities. You need a web page? Sure, no problem. Can't get anyone to write your newsletter? That's me. She/He quit & you want me to do her job as well as my already overloaded job responsibilities? Love it. New grandbaby? I'll sew the layette. One day I'm telling everyone "no" : I just don't know when that will be. |

More, though occasionally I feel exhausted and doubt that I'm really up for this. |

I'm trying to take on less responsibility but often end up taking on more. |

Less in my professional life, more in my personal life. |

I want to do so many things, but I can't just abandon the stuff I'm signed up to do now. |

More. I actively seek out responsibility - I have this strong moral sense (go figure) so I join organizations and plan things for causes I believe in. |

In terms of work responsibility I have a lot, and I'd prefer not to take on any more. |
