Regarding the qualification process: It would be nice if, after casting my "qualification" vote, I don't see the survey again until it has changed/received more comments/something else.
I share topper's concern that an individual will arbitrarily "flaw" surveys but I think the fact that anyone voting "flawed" must both comment and attach their name to their comment should help curb abuse.
Incidentally, the text box on the qualification page wraps (right-arrow from the end of the last line goes to the beginning of the first line). Is this a bug or a feature?

I need to make another pass over the qualification user interface to make it more usable. What I've got now, works - but I'll admit that it's missing some niceties.

regarding flawed: also, if people abuse the qualification system by voting flawed without giving a good reason, I can and will take away their right to qualify. I'm still hoping it will not come to that though.

I think that text box is the same as for comment boxes - are you saying you see a difference?
