bill, i went to the unqualified surveys and voted two as reasonable and when i entered my vote, they came up there as if they were a survey already with numbers of votes on each choice at zero as if i had voted but really didn't. then they were gone from unqualified but not in "this month's new". i looked for them but couldn't find them...... just now they were listed in "this month's new" but like i had already voted on them........... it was the sandstorm survey and are you a fun person survey. strange but interesting. only thing i can think of is that they were qualified just as i was voting on them or something and there was a glich of sorts!! |

OK, I'll look into it this week. I think I might have noticed something like this myself. But, it's kind of hard to reproduce since it happens and the state changes. I suspect that the big internal changes I made a couple weeks ago may have caused this. Casting the last qual vote is generally an odd situation since you're on the survey page, then it changed to released. But, what you describe sounds bad. I'll try to make it work better. |

It's just done it to me on your new survey: http://surveycentral.org/survey/31055.html
It's recorded my rating (I hadn't rated it because it was in qual) but then put me down as an abstainer. |

OK, bad... you can use "Change Vote" to workaround that. But, I'll definitely try to fix this. Thanks for reporting the problem. |

ok, it just did it again on your "insulting my mother" survey......................... just keeping you up to date. there must be some delay because it said there were 6 votes on it already but it was all zeros in the boxes. |

ok, thanks... this is all helpful since I should be able to reproduce this.
I haven't had much time to look at this yet, not sure if I'll have time today, but maybe. |

I believe this bug is now fixed.
It should behave like it used to. Which, I think is still a bit odd/jarring, but not terrible.
When you cast the last qualifying vote on a survey, the survey suddenly will reload with the standard voting form.
I fixed the problem where it would cast a blank vote before this and prevent you from voting on the survey. |
