I've been away for about a month or so and it now appears that the survey rating default is now "good" instead of "no opinion". Is this new or am I going crazy?

You're going crazy. 
I didn't change it. It should default to "*no opinion*" if you haven't rated the survey before. If you have rated it, it should default to the rating you last gave it. |
