I would like to suggest that you make it the option of the survey creator, whether a particular survey will accept anonymous responses. Personally, I think that anonymous answers are pussy, and should only be used when talking about something which could potentially have real-world negative consequences. But I dont see any reasons to accept anonymous answers on a survey entitled "Which sports team do you like best?". Maybe just a box that the survey creator could check in order to not accept anonymous answers?

Cody, I have to disagree. It's not the survey creator's place to decide what's sensitive or not. Who can tell if the response is sensitive but the person writing the comment themselves? Maybe you don't think it's personal to ask if we are involved in blow jobs or not. Maybe you don't think it's a big deal to ask if people have driven while drunk, but if a law enforcement officer reads that survey, a lot of people will be in trouble. So, what if we had a toggle to preclude anon responses, would you be happy with fewer responses? As for anon answers being "pussy", to paraphrase Seinfeld, "Not that there's anything wrong with being pussy!", right?!?
