I am older today than yesterday. feels just like any other tuesday. I don't know why I keep having these...though I am grateful for every one that I get. But it never really felt like a birthday anyway being 5 days after Christmas. Wonder if I could change it to July? |

That's rough having your birthday so close to a major holiday. My sister's birthday is 12 days before Christmas (Dec. 13th) and we had some rather insensitive and unkind relatives that would wait until Christmas and give her one gift as a combination birthday/Christmas gift. It really made her unhappy when they did that and finally my grandmother told them if they couldn't be bothered to give her separate gifts for her birthday and Christmas, then don't bother at all! I hope that no one has ever been that unkind to you. Anyway, Happy Birthday!  |

Happy Birthday!
Sometimes Christmas birthdays do feel a bit overshadowed (there are 3 in my family in the week before Christmas) but for all that, theres something extra nice aout realy extending the Christmas holiday with birthdays and being able to open birthday presents underneath the Christmas tree |

My sister was always jealous of me because her birthday is the 4th of January and mine in August. It just gave her one more reason to hate me and call me "THAT KID"!
