12 killed, 31 wounded at the Army base there today.
Primary shooter was killed, an Army Major Hasan. Two suspects being held.
Hah. Major Hasan was a mental health professional (psychologist or psychiatrist) at the base.

Ok this pisses me off.
What is the first thing the nig.. I mean President talks about? His fudging health care plan. Oh and then by the way there was something that happened in Texas. The world is playing this butt hole we call a president like a flute. It's just the beginning.

Um...Fordguy..Wrong.
He was having a conference about something else. And then the shooting happened. It wasn't just like.."hey, let's get my spot in here for health care." It was like, " lalalalalala whateverI'mtalking about lalalalala....Oh this just in, there was a shooting."
We know you dislike Obama..and I'm not his biggest fan either...But at least try to be right. |

On a sidenote, I think I've just solved the energy crisis.
Every time President Obama stands on a podium in front of the American Flag, just imagine the sheer effort of will it must take for FordGuy to not say, "Who does that uppity house nigger think he is?". Now imagine if that energy was diverted to the tranmission grid.
It could power a city the size of Des Moines for a year! |

I honestly can't imagine hating someone that much. Just so much hatred..and it really seems to be based on the fact that he is black (or at least more so than other things)..because of the names being used.
I just seriously cannot wrap my head around this hatred. |

My wife is convinced that the whole thing and also today's shooter are a consipiracy by Obama to divert attention away from his health bill so they can vote on it and squeak it by without anyone paying attention.
o Notice back in June the healthcare thing was reaching a critical point and suddenly Michael Jackson died? That's all you heard then.
o Notice how there were thousand's of protesters at the Capital and as soon as the shooting at Ft. Hood took place you heard nothing further on the protests?
o There could be vote today on the bill. Notice now that all you hear is about the new shooter?
All this keeps attention away from the government. |

Nothing Fordguy wrote proves that he's racist. His rant could very well have been heading in any one of these directions.
"What is the first thing the night watchman does when he clocks in for his shift" (at which point he realized he should have been in the "What's your favorite joke" thread
"What is the first thing the nigerians do when they wake up" (at which point he realized he should have been responding to the "daily routine" survey)
"What is the first thing the nightmare on elm street series won an award for" (at which point he realized that, even though it was in a response to the correct persons comment (CK), it should have been sent by private message)
How quick we are to judge others. Sheesh.
PLUS... You can't blame him for being worked into a lather right off the bat. I imagine he was misled by the name of this thread and was already pissed off, expecting to see some good ol' boys emptying their shotguns into the hood of a shiny new F-350.
Give the guy a break.

For the record, I don't hate Obama. I just think he's weak, and our enemies know it. At first this shooting looked like another act of terrorism. It wasn't. I was wrong. Once again, sorry. |

Even after 7pm. But I tell you what. The more I learn about this, the more I think my gut reaction was correct. This hasn't been ruled out as an act of terrorism. This is a spotlight for Obamaman to stand in.
I'm not sure I was wrong, but I was a little harsh. The last thing I want to be is FB, the calling of names, etc. I lost the battle before I even started. I did what I pick on him for. My bad.
But.
At the end of the day, if the media allows, the facts will speak for themselves. I still say B. Hussein Obama is going to do what it takes to protect his brother while having the media show how much he cares that people died. As he escalates the war. As he appoints czars that have no checks or balances. As he spends money we don't have. Yet the world thinks he can do no wrong. People have faith in B. Hussein Obama, and that, of all things, scares me the most. Today, the guilty are sanctified, while the innocent never stop paying – including with their lives. And Hussein doesn't really care, does he? |

I think it hasn't been ruled out as an act of terrorism solely based on the guy's religion.
Not that I'm saying it isn't necessarily..it's too soon to know..But I think that's why.
I think it's rather unfortunate that the guy was muslim. |

I think they had evidence of this guy posting radical messages on some Islamic site. I would argue that (at least in this case) religion / ideology was a factor in this. At least in this case anyway. |
