Do you think that those Miracle Diet Pills really work?

I keep getting fliers in the mail about such things as poundlessmax and such stupid sounding things as that. They claim that you can loose 7 pounds in just 7 days and such claims as that...and they cost around $100 for 60 pills. As a medical major I know that you can only loose water and nutrients the first few days of any diet, including these pills, but these fliers claim it's actual fat. Do you think that it is possible to loose weight this way?? I know there is no true substitute for good diet and exercise, these "miracle" pills are just a way of speeding up the process.
