Would you change your sex to gain youth and beauty?

A company has developed an inexpensive treatment that will give you a youthful body. The catch? It will change your sex and can only be performed once every forty years. Would you do it?

Just a minor tweak.

Pretty cool. Some people will ask for "other" option, but I think it's fine.

Physically or mentally change sex? I presume you mean physically, but.....

You certainly need "I don't know" and "Maybe" as options.

I solicit opinions of the options. I'm sure that I want some: I'm not sure that these are the best ones.

This is weird. I'm not sure what to make of it...and that's just the wording.

I think this survey would be a million times better with options.

Put in some options.
I think you should leave it as "change sex" because that's a surgical operation, changing gender can be a change of identity without a surgical procedure. If Kristal_Rose is around she could tell us the best term (I'm happy to be corrected!).

I agree with kate there.

Get rid of the "OK" at the beginning of the question.

Agree with anoddoblivion and get rid of the "ok" in the question. This should really be under hypothetical question. In the question, it would sound better as you have to change "gender."

Oops. And I know I misspelles a boat load of words in that critique.

Why the last statement in parentheses? Just a period and another sentence is all it needs to be. And the question would better like so: "Some company..beauty, but you have...change your sex. ..."
And whay such an expensive cost. If the question is about getting youth and beauty in exchange for changing you sex, hen here should be no cost or no fourty year thing. Those just make you answer more questions, not the question at hand. The explanations question is:
"You are offered youth and eternal beauty for in exchange for a change of sex, 2,500 dollars, and a fourty year warranty." The question you want to ask could be this. If it is not, then change the circumstances ibn the explanation so that they explain specifically what the question asks.
