I was unfortunetly unable for the past week unable to log on to survey central because the mother board on my computer fried on us. so our computer was at our local electronics store for about a week. |

ASB  | old | posted 28-Jun-2001 4:11pm I thought this was done recently but I can't find it. Here are things I suggested on the other survey like this that was recently in qualification. Add options for: I had inpatient surgery, I had outpatient surgery, and I agree with natsim. |
