I agree that a link should be included. There is no reason for Other to be in all capital letters.

Someone could know about pardons but not about the ones you are asking about.

I think this is a complicated question that you're bundling into a simple survey... at the least, since you're talking about multiple pardons then you should say "they're OK" rather than "its Ok". Given how many people Clinton pardoned on his last day you should probably also have an option like: "I agree with some of them and disagree with others"... a link to an article on the controversy would also be welcome.
