I might also change this to "How would you care for a child's diaper rash?" because there are probably many people here who have cared for children but do not have children of their own.

You need an option for "my child does not get diaper rash", or "I change my child's diaper more often".

I would also change the first option to "An over the counter cream (ex. Desitin, Johnson's diaper rash ointment, Balmex)"

You need another option for 'I have never had a child.'
