I want to hear from people that have, because my girlfriend does this and is concerned about it, and I wondered if anyone had any personal solutions to this.

First, you need to include an option like "frequently". Second, you need to make this survey multi-select so that people can both check how frequently they experience sleepwalking AND whether it concerns them or not. |
