I don't know if you consider the Trappist dubbels and trippels, wits, and lambics as "Dutch". If you do, you should include them.

Same problem as lelle, but I think it's a big enough problem to call it 'needs work'. Dropping some of the 'other' options would do it for me.

My suggestion would be to make this survey multiple check instead of single answer (if someone likes Heineken and Leeuw but not Grolsch for example). I'm not sure all the "other" options are mutually exclusive, either... (You could have both 'I drink wine' and 'Never had Dutch beer'.)
