Terrorists have hooked up explosives to two buildings - an apartment complex and a prison. Both have an equal amount of people inside (1200). The people inside the apartment complex have been given the detonator to the explosives in the prison, and vice versa; if the people in one building choose to detonate the explosives in the other building, their own building will not blow up. In half an hour, if the explosives in neither building have been detonated, both buildings will be blown up.
Imagine you and a hundred other people are in the room with the detonator to the explosives in the prison. You have been given a chance to anonymously vote whether or not to blow up the prison.
You are not a superhero. There is no way out of this situation.
