Do you have any thoughts on this idea?

A "nap house" where people rent a cot for a designated (by the customer) amount of time (not to exceed an hour).
Everyone sleeps in one giant room, but cots are separated by cubicle type walls, for a tiny amount of privacy. These spaces are considered 'public', so no private activities are allowed. Employees walk around, regularly checking on people, and keeping track of how much time they spend in there.
