International Date Line

We all know about the International Date Line; it is a line or meridian of 180’ it runs through the Pacific running north to south, if you lived exactly on that exact line what day would it be? I mean at the exact moment of transition, time would exist in both the am and the pm. Is it the day before, or today, or tomorrow?
