Someone does not help another person with a given task. Afterwards, this person gripes about an incomplete, sloppy job, or complains that the person who did the task "did it wrong."

they of course have a right to complain all they want but they would be incorrect if they had a chance to help and didn't or just waited for the person who did the job to fail
