This comes across a bit biased. Boxing is currently "acceptable" and I don't believe there is a great controversy over it. In fact, it is hardly the only sport in which people place themselves in danger of injury. So why single out boxing? I can see your logic though. Many of us live under nanny laws that seek to protect us from our own actions; drug use for example. Why not just ask:
Question: Do you think that sports that have a risk of injury should be banned? (or something like that)
Lose the "explanation" or revise it to remove any possible perception of bias. |

Acceptable to whom? Isn't it already acceptable? Could you rephrase the question to state what it is that you're looking for in a different way? |

You ask this because fighting isn't usually acceptable is what I think you mean.... Is it what you mean? "... it is a competition on fighting." doesn't sound right and I'm not sure what you mean. This will be a good survey with some tweaking! |

You must leave your personal opinion out of the survey or explanation. You want other peoples ideas, you can't influence that by giving your opinion unless you temper it with the other side and leave out which you agree with. |
