The GP I saw as a child, my gynocologist, my dentist (he's a doctor of dentistry), the family practice doctor I take the family to, the chiropractor I've seen a few times, the ER doctor who took care of me when I got injured and had make a trip to the ER? Do you mean all or them or just some of them or only one of them? |

You need to add options, and don't forget to include an option for those without a doctor. You need to clarify which doctor you're referring to. Some people have more than one doctor. Some have a primary care physician and also see a specialist such as an OB/GYN. |
