I think the survey creator is confusing sperm emission with semen emission. They are separate things. As far as I know, even young males can produce semen, but until their bodies have matured enough, they don't produce sperm, which is contained within the semen. When an adult male who has had a vasectomy orgasms, he still emits semen, but no longer emits sperm within the semen.

Young boys don't produce sperm but can still have orgasms - same as older men who have had cancer.

I never heard of a little boy having a dry orgasm. Did you make that up? As far as I know, you can't reach a climax unless your testis fire off. When they do, there is semen produced. You should just drop the explanation. Change that and you survey will be ok.

"I don't know" would be good also.

Do you have proof of the statement you made in the explanation? Not everyone develops at the same rate. Also, you need an option for "I don't know". Not everyone will remember.
