I'm confused by the terms "high street shops" and "main line fashion shops". I'm assuming that you simply mean the majority of popular clothing stores.

The "explanation" doesn't really explain anything. You may as well delete it.

This should have some options like: "Yes, I have no trouble finding my size.", "Yes, most of the time, but I have had problems.", "No, it is very difficult to find my size." etc..

What is a high street shop? You need to check your capitalisation and punctuation.

Besides options you should define high street shops. I have never heard that term before. I also agree with anoddoblivion.

"consumers" should be consumers'. What is a high street shop?

And the question isn't really grammatically correct.
"do you find the range of sizes for clothing in high street shops fit your requirements?" should be something more like "Do you find that the range of sizes for clothing in high street shops fit your requirements?" Add "that" and it all looks good. You could also change "fit" to "fitting" but I think adding "that" is better.

I should always be capitalized when used alone.
Do should be capitalized.
