I took this on as a fix me, just completely changed it, it used to be the question about the 26 year old man, and the 17 year old girl. Alas, I left it as anonymous, and didn't catch the typo. Is there a way for me to edit it now?

Yes, she is too young to vote, is that what you mean? You can get rid of the explanation entirely. There is also no reason why you can't provide some options here.
